Just Checking In

Update from "Behind the Scenes"

Hi ya’ll! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Just wanted to check in from what is an increasingly multi-layered life…and just think, less than ten years ago, I would have said that I lived a sample-size life (as in, the size of those little travel-size shampoos etc.). So yeah, what a difference a decade can make!

Here are some highlights:

• I am officially, routinely, between Virginia and NYC (and sometimes CT).

• I am working on the next tour of the Northeast and may do that, I know, I know, in January or February. It will be a much shorter (probably just a one-week) tour that will focus on New York and Boston—kind of like the tour I did in July when I drove around Atlanta.

• I am finishing up my book proposal (just waiting for some final edits to come back) and will begin submitting that in early 2026.

• In January, I am also (probably, maybe, almost definitely) launching my embodied coaching offerings. Or at least, I will launch a separate IG account for that where I can post content speci…
