In this episode of the Stories That Sparkle Podcast, Vannoy, who, in her words, says she was shame, shares her experience, strength and hope about going from a Zero to a 12 plus. Today, she lives a life of paying back all that she has been given over the past fifty-six years. Such beautiful, very real message of hope, love and service for all of us to carry with us.

It was a long, wonderful day that reminded me how grateful I am for the wisdom of so many others in my life. And the reminder: it’s only [fill in the day of the week you’re in].
