The first capsule is all about CHANGE—in life, career, family, or body.

To give you an idea of what to expect, here are the super short highlights of the first three episodes:

Episode 1 - I’ll Go First

To break the ice, I sit down with my dear friend Marsha and talk to her about why I am starting a podcast—really, why I am doing any of this.

Episode 2 - Eileen’s Rule of 1

Commercial and Private Aviation Pilot. 24-year US Air Force Veteran Pilot. Breaker of glass ceilings. Breast cancer survivor. And that’s just where things start. Eileen’s story is bonkers and her Rule of 1 is a key reason why, after a lot of challenges, she is thriving today.

Episode 3 - The M Word & Being Your Own Advocate

You know, The Change.” Menopause is having its moment. To celebrate, my dear friend Mandy and I sit down for a chat we might have at brunch (oh, wait, we did), and talk about her experience navigating perimenopause, my rite of passage into full-blown menopause, and the importance of being your own advocate. Along the way, we take some detours and each of us reveals at least one MAJOR thing neither of us knew about each other.

That’s just the first three episodes. So…
